Comfort has become a consumable commodity that affects all areas of daily life, from housing, public transport... to the "world of work". While comfort seems to be a marketing pitch that invades our daily lives, professional sphere on the other hand seems to be "saved" by this phenomenon. For example, over the last five years we can count more than thirty books on stress at work and less than fifteen on the well-being at work.
Focusing on comfort at work, this conference is rooted in the field of positive psychology and for any researcher who works (or want to) on the factors that allow individuals to live better within the company in order to work better.
